1. Shipping Areas
Canapy Furniture Inc. offers shipping services to specific regions. Before placing your order, please review the shipping information on our website to ensure we ship to your location. Currently, we offer shipping within Canada and the United States. For other regions, special requests will be considered, but additional fees may apply.
2. Delivery Times (In-Stock Items)
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of order and the delivery address. Orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times for standard shipping typically range from 5-10 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays). Canapy Furniture Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
3. Delivery Times (Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Items)
For pre-order and out-of-stock items, delivery times may be longer due to production and supply processes. Estimated delivery dates for such items will be provided at the time of purchase. Please review the estimated delivery date as these dates may change due to stock availability or production delays. Canapy Furniture Inc. will inform customers of any changes but cannot be held responsible for delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed before payment is made. Additional shipping charges may apply for larger furniture items.
5. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made using different methods depending on the size of the order and the fragility of the products. For larger furniture pieces, we may offer White Glove Service, which includes delivery to the specified location within your home and, if needed, assembly. White Glove Service may incur an additional fee.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment. You can check the status of your delivery and estimated arrival time online using this number.
7. Product Inspection at Delivery
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package carefully. If you notice any damage or missing items, please inform the delivery personnel and contact Canapy Furniture Inc. as soon as possible. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints made after this time may not be accepted.
8. Undeliverable Orders
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, the recipient not being present at the delivery address, or other issues may incur additional fees for re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
9. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international regions. International orders are subject to local customs regulations and tax requirements. Customs duties and import charges must be covered by the recipient, and Canapy Furniture Inc. is not responsible for these fees.
10. Return Shipping and Fees
